Mr. Kumar has done his Masters in Corporate Law and has been practicing as an Advocate since 2006 in High Court, Allahabad. He is also the legal consultant of corporate and government sectors. Mr. Kumar has founded ASHRAY in 2004 with a mission to solve socio-economics, gender and social matter of concern and to bring it among the list of subjects for the development sector. His mission was to address the most basic but ignored need of Social-transform and the multifaceted role it plays in villages/town across Uttar Pradesh.

He is an advocate by the profession. Mr. Yadav having more than 13 years experience in Development Sector on their majority living areas of Lucknow. Basically, he is a social worker and associated with us. He posses excellent interpersonal and analytical skills summed up with strong knowledge in program management participatory rural appraisal skills, training and development, and other social work functions. Mr. Yadav possess impeccable management and leadership skills with the ability to work in a team.

He is an advocate, Mr. Verma having more than 14 years experience in Development Sector on their majority living area of Uttar Pradesh. He is associated with ASHRAY since 2004, Mr. Verma has is distinctive support towards the ASHRAY .

Mr. Tripathi holds a Post Graduate degree from the Uttar Pradesh Technical University in Management. He has led the transition of the micro-finance portfolio and resources in ASSIST. He specializes in micro-finance operations and social performance management, social research, financial education and training and curriculum development. He also has Expertise in development sector especially in Education & Livelihood Development.

Mr. Rajeev holds a Bachelor’s Degree and having more than 15 years of experience in various industries. He handled many projects of livelihood, healthcare & education independently. He is currently involved in providing livelihoods to needy people and educating them by providing guidance and technical support. He has expertise in Planning, Monitoring, Finance, Annual Reports, and various sector formats, product and services designing, events management, media management, etc. He is also currently associated with us as a Treasurer and supports us on other projects.

Mr. Rawat holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Uttar Pradesh Technical University. A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Rawat is founder of Abite Consultancy Services. Mr. Rawat has 10 years of experience in IT and development sector. He is expertise in IT and strategy planning, digital marketing, product designing, analytical skill and web development, where his focus is on formulating new Technology R&D, relationship building with the government, banks and private sectors, Education, transport industry. Mr. Rawat has also worked in various leadership positions with Action Aid, women’s Security System.

Sachin Srivastava boasts 17+ years in microfinance and social development. His expertise spans planning, strategy, business development, reporting, HR, Khadi & Village Industries, and training programs. With an MBA (SMU), he's collaborated with MFIs, NGOs, engaging in content creation, event planning, and financial inclusion initiatives. His projects include AXSHAY, Global Fund Round-9, PMJDY with Vijaya Bank, and Sustainable Livelihood Initiative with HDFC Bank. As a member and mentor, he aids in project design and development.

He is a social worker, having more than 21 years experience in Research & Development Sector on Tribal and their majority living area of Uttar Pradesh, Sonbhadra and Mirzapur. He is working in special program of schedule tribes with ASHRAY .

Dr. Vishvas is a Medical practitioner. He has vast experience in Alternative Medicine. He has attended various type of training, seminars and workshops in the health care sector. He was associated with us as the youngest volunteer and his team is from various sectors, he also arranges many Health camps through the ASHRAY SEVA SANSTHAN and manages and supervises rural club meetings, awareness camps and health camps organized by ASHRAY .
